I’d read Little Fires Everywhere as a novel and it’s really popular with lots of people. It was added to Amazon Prime Video in 2020, so I made plans to watch it. The story begins with a black mother and daughter -Mia and Pearl- moving to town. The United States is also a society of inequality.
